Zelda: Breath of the Wild Takes Best of E3 in 2016 Game Critics Awards

The votes had been tallied and the winners stand revealed.

The full list of winners for the 2016 Game Critics: Best of E3 Awards have been revealed. These are titles that are voted on a select group of game critics from various sites and publications, including myself.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild walked away from the process with the most awards, taking Best of Show, Best Console Game, and Best Action-Adventure Game. Other notable winners including Final Fantasy XV for Best RPG, Civilization VI for Best PC Game, Steep for Best Sports Game, and the PlayStation VR for Best Hardware.
